Creamed Chicken and Broccoli

4 chicken breast halves or meat from 1 chicken, cooked

2 pounds broccoli, cut into spears

2 - 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese, or reduced-fat cream cheese

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Blend cream cheese, milk, lemon pepper, cheese, garlic, and lemon juice together until well mixed.  Arrange steamed broccoli spears in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch glass pan.  Place chicken pieces on top.  Pour cheese sauce over mixture.  Can be frozen at this point.  Thaw in fridge overnight before cooking.  Cook in 350˚oven for 25 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Can be served with brown rice, white rice, whole wheat or regular pasta or spaghetti.
