On February 9, 2007, Anna Crumley-Effinger, an Earlham senior, presented her paper on Indiana Yearly Meeting church architecture with a focus on Winchester Friends Meetinghouse and it's history. Her presentation, in it's entirety, is available for download.

It is a PDF file and therefore needs Acrobat Reader to use. If you do not have a version of Acrobat Reader, follow the link below to download a free copy.

History of the 1897 Meetinghouse

The evening of Anna's presentation, an old fashioned church supper was recreated from a newspaper article in 1905 that reported a supper served by the Ladies Aid Society of Winchester Friends.  For the menu...check out Pam's Blog at foodfriends.
